Bravo . What a team. I am so impressed of how mature @Frannie and @Claire are . Their confidence and how they are expressing their points of view shows growth and great relationship with their professor. It is amazing when teachers make their students experience life and gain skills beyond the classroom material. Well done Dr. A.

Old Guy Comment - "Perfection is the enemy of Good". You'll always be updating everything as long as you're open to being "adaptable".

Now the boring Behavioral reasoning? Perfectionism can increase effort but "may" lead to being maladaptive to feedback. (can also create poor group dynamics) That "risk" of making a mistake tends to have positive outcomes, even if through failure.

Guy who studies this advice? Reframe your focus from "perfect" to "I did my best/ gave my best effort."

Now the sign I'm a huge nerd -

Aristole statement on the "faculties of humans"-

“Human beings began to do philosophy, even as they do now, because of wonder, at first because they wondered about the strange things right in front of them, and then later, advancing little by little, because they came to find greater things puzzling”
